Best for: Crypto payment choice

AzurSlot Casino caps regular withdrawals at €500 a day and pays nothing out at weekends, which sits awkwardly beside a catalogue of more than 18,000 games and a cashier with 13 crypto options and over 40 fiat methods. The casino launched in 2025, so its complaint record is short: two disputes over account closures and one partial payout. Welcome wagering of 45x and a document-heavy first withdrawal complete the trade-offs behind the 6.2/10 rating.

Who is behind AzurSlot: GBL Solutions and a Curaçao licence

AzurSlot launched in 2025 and is operated by GBL Solutions N.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 155090 and a contact address in Nicosia, Cyprus. It holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/589/0556, issued under the regulator’s newer licensing regime.

GBL runs a network of white-label casinos that includes Rolling Slots, VegaZone, Need for Spin and Spinline. A complaint about AzurSlot therefore ends up with the same company that runs those sites, and GBL received an industry compliance certification for its Spinline brand in October 2024.

AzurSlot is not licensed in the United States, refuses players from Ohio and, without an AGCO licence, is unavailable in Ontario. The minimum age for Canadian players is 19.

Ratings and the complaint pattern

Casino.guru gives AzurSlot a Safety Index of 7.6/10 in its “Fresh casino” band and finds no unfair or predatory clauses in the terms, although not all of them are translated from English. AskGamblers rates it 7.3/10 on CasinoRank, with a player score of 9/10 from 13 reviews and no complaints filed there.

The complaints that do exist are about closed accounts. Two cases sit on Casino.guru, one open and one rejected: they involve an account closed shortly after registration and confiscated winnings, with €300 in dispute. Trustpilot shows 4.0/5 from 10 reviews. Players praise same-evening withdrawals and smooth mobile play, while one reports that €150 of a €170 withdrawal never arrived and escalated the case to Curaçao eGaming in spring 2026; AzurSlot replied on 26 May 2026 that the payment had been completed. AzurSlot answers every negative Trustpilot review, though usually more than a month later. User scores elsewhere run as low as 5.6/10 from 24 ratings in an independent review, and with no more than 24 ratings on any platform, AzurSlot has too short a history for a reliable payout pattern.

Safer-gambling tools

Players can take a time-out through “Take a Break” and set reality checks, but there are no deposit, loss, wager or session limits, and self-exclusion requires contacting support. Anyone who depends on hard spending caps has to set them at their bank or wallet instead.

Clean terms, thin history. A current Curaçao licence and no unfair clauses count in AzurSlot’s favour, but two closure disputes in its first year and no self-service spending limits make the first withdrawal the real test of the casino.

Payout reliability: the €500 daily ceiling sets the pace

Regular withdrawals are capped at €500 a day, €500 per transaction and €10,000 a month, with no more than three requests pending at once. The same caps apply in other currencies as C$750 and C$15,000, A$800 and A$16,000, or NZ$900 and NZ$18,000.

Paying out a €2,000 win: requested on a Thursday, it can leave as €500 on Thursday and €500 on Friday, nothing over the weekend, then €500 on Monday and €500 on Tuesday. The full amount takes six calendar days even when verification is complete and no request waits in pending.

Requests sit in a pending stage for one to five days, and nothing is processed at weekends. Once released, crypto and e-wallet withdrawals are reported to arrive within hours and bank transfers in one to seven days, while cards cannot receive withdrawals at all. One review puts the average across all methods at about 48 hours, but a request lodged on Friday evening waits until Monday before review even starts.

The minimum withdrawal is €20 for most methods, C$15 by Interac and C$30 by MiFinity; crypto starts at €50, or about C$80 for Bitcoin. A small crypto balance below that threshold stays in the account until it grows or is played away, while the same amount could leave through Interac or an e-wallet from C$15.

Identity checks before the first payout

No documents are needed to register, but verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. The request can cover a passport or driving licence, a copy of the payment card, a selfie holding the ID, a recent utility bill and a screenshot of the bank account showing the IBAN and address. Approval takes about 48 hours once everything is uploaded, so sending the full set straight after sign-up keeps it out of the payout timeline.

Bonus terms that can cost you winnings

The welcome package spans three deposits: 100% plus 100 free spins, then 70% plus 75 spins, then 80% plus 75 spins, for 250 spins and up to C$2,500 in bonus funds in Canada. No promo code is needed, the minimum qualifying deposit is C$30, and only new players without a previous account qualify. Each free spin is worth C$0.10.

Bonus funds and free-spin winnings carry 45x wagering. The bonus must be activated within 48 hours of the deposit and wagered within five days, at no more than C$7 per bet. Slots count 100%, standard roulette 5%, and live and other table games nothing.

Wagering calculation: a C$100 first deposit matched at 100% creates a C$100 bonus. At 45x, the required stakes are C$100 × 45 = C$4,500, or C$900 a day across the five-day window; at the C$7 maximum bet that is at least 643 spins. Cleared on roulette at 5%, the same target would need C$90,000 in stakes. A maximum high-roller match of €1,500 at 45x requires €67,500 in qualifying slot play.

Free-spin winnings are capped at C$150, and other bonus winnings at 10x the deposit or bonus amount, so a large slot hit during wagering cannot be withdrawn in full. The C$7 stake limit and the five-day deadline apply throughout wagering.

Reloads, the Bonus Map and tournaments

A weekend reload pays 40% up to €300 from a €20 deposit, and a high-roller match pays 75% up to €1,500 from €200, both at 45x. Some reloads are credited automatically after a qualifying deposit.

The Bonus Map is an interactive map with daily rewards, some of which need a code, and a bonus shop and slot tournaments run alongside it. Cashback is offered too, with a birthday cashback reserved for higher VIP levels.

Thirteen crypto options beside a 40-method fiat cashier

AzurSlot accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, BCH, DOGE, XRP, TRX and ADA, plus SOL, TON and Binance Pay, for 13 crypto options in all. Two stablecoins and several low-cost chains let players choose a coin by transaction cost and price stability.

Crypto optionPractical detail
BTC, BCH, LTCBitcoin-family coins; BTC withdrawals from about C$80
ETH, USDT, USDCEthereum and two stablecoins; crypto withdrawals from €50
DOGE, XRP, TRX, ADAFurther major coins for deposits and withdrawals
SOL, TON, Binance PayFurther crypto options

The fiat side runs to 42 methods: Visa, Mastercard, bank wire, Rapid Transfer, Zimpler, Paysafecard, MiFinity, Neteller, Skrill, CASHlib, eZeeWallet, Interac, Neosurf, AstroPay and MuchBetter among them. Balances can be held in EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK, DKK, CHF, PLN or HUF, and not every method is available in every country.

Cards work for deposits only, so a card-funded player needs an e-wallet, bank or crypto route to cash out. AzurSlot charges no deposit or withdrawal fees, and e-wallet and crypto payments carry no extra charges.

Check the network for each coin in the cashier before sending. For USDT and USDC in particular, sending funds on a chain the cashier does not list can mean losing them.

Over 18,000 titles, with breadth beyond standard slots

The catalogue holds more than 18,000 games, including over 16,000 slots and around 15 progressive jackpots such as Kings of Crystals II: King Millions and Playtech’s Power Play. More than 975 instant games cover crash, keno, scratch cards, lotto and virtual sports from BGaming, TaDa and Platipus, and roulette, blackjack and video poker round out the table section.

Over 100 studios supply the lobby, including NetEnt, Play’n GO, Playtech, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Novomatic, BGaming, Spribe, Quickspin, Games Global and Pragmatic Play. The average payout percentage across the catalogue is 96%, and there is no demo mode, so every spin uses real money.

A live casino led by Playtech and ICONIC21

The live section runs to 250–400+ tables from Playtech Live, ICONIC21, Platipus and Winfinity, covering roulette, blackjack and other dealer games. Two independent reviews found no Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live tables, so their game shows may be missing. Live games also count 0% towards welcome wagering and suit cash play only.

Support is accessible, but complex queries take longer

Live chat runs 24/7, alongside email at [email protected], an on-site contact form and an FAQ. Casino.guru rated the chat “Good” in a December 2025 test. In a separate test the first reply came within a couple of minutes, but a follow-up took about 20 minutes and the agent could not answer a question about the games.

Support works in English only, although the site comes in 11 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Norwegian, Polish and Portuguese. Because not all terms are translated, a Polish- or Greek-speaking player can end up arguing a bonus or payout dispute against the English text.

For a pending withdrawal, ask support in writing which documents are still outstanding and keep the transcript with the request date.

Mobile play stays in the browser

AzurSlot has no native app. The mobile browser site uses a sticky bottom navigation bar, game filters and a mobile cashier, and players describe mobile sessions as fast and free of dropouts.

A home-screen bookmark is the closest equivalent to an app on iOS or Android, and the full 18,000-game lobby, including the instant games and live tables, is reachable through the same compact layout.

Five VIP levels and a daily Bonus Map

The loyalty programme has five points-based levels. Each level up unlocks free spins, and higher levels add exclusive promotions, birthday offers, cashback and a personal VIP manager.

The Bonus Map, bonus shop and slot tournaments run alongside the levels and give regular players a reason to log in daily. Unlike a match bonus, the VIP cashback returns part of a player’s losses, which makes it the most useful perk for slot players who already play at AzurSlot every week.

Who AzurSlot’s lobby serves, and whom its cap blocks

A good fit for

  • Crypto players whose wins rarely exceed €500, since the daily withdrawal cap then barely bites and 13 crypto options are accepted.
  • Players paying through e-wallets or Interac, with withdrawals from C$15 and no deposit or withdrawal fees on any method.
  • Slot players chasing variety, with more than 18,000 games from over 100 studios, including around 15 progressive jackpots.

Better to look elsewhere if

  • Players expecting four-figure wins, because payouts are capped at €500 a day and €10,000 a month, with nothing processed at weekends.
  • Anyone who relies on self-service spending caps, as there are no deposit, loss or session limits and self-exclusion runs through support.
  • Bonus players short on time, given 45x wagering within five days, a C$7 maximum bet and a C$150 cap on free-spin winnings.
  • Players hoping to withdraw to a card, since cards take deposits only and a selfie with ID is required before the first payout.

Other casinos worth comparing

For a player deciding between AzurSlot’s big lobby, crypto cashier and relatively modest withdrawal ceiling, a different casino can emphasise a more specialised advantage:

  • Lussurio Casino — 5.3/10. Its game browsing emphasises dedicated bonus-buy, high-RTP and high-volatility selections.
  • Rooli Casino — 5.5/10. Its welcome structure gives fiat and crypto depositors distinctly different promotional packages.
  • Rox Casino — 5.5/10. Its history extends much further back, making it an established alternative to a newly launched site.
  • Slota Casino — 4.8/10. Its multi-deposit welcome sequence is paired with a more prominently defined weekly cashback promotion.

Questions about AzurSlot Casino

Is AzurSlot Casino licensed, and who operates it?

Yes. GBL Solutions N.V., the company behind Rolling Slots, VegaZone and Need for Spin, runs AzurSlot under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/589/0556. That licence does not extend to the United States or Ontario, and Ohio residents are turned away. Because AzurSlot only opened in 2025, its dispute history is short: two account-closure complaints on Casino.guru so far.

How long does an AzurSlot crypto withdrawal take?

Expect one to five days in pending, with nothing processed on Saturdays or Sundays. After release, coins are reported to land within hours, and some players report same-evening payouts. The €500 daily cap means anything larger arrives in instalments, and crypto cash-outs start at €50, so very small balances cannot be withdrawn in coins.

What wagering applies to the AzurSlot welcome offer?

45x on bonus money and free-spin winnings, completed within five days of activation. A C$100 first-deposit bonus therefore means C$4,500 in stakes, with bets capped at C$7. Only slots count in full; roulette adds 5% and live tables nothing. Free-spin winnings stop at C$150, and other bonus wins at ten times the deposit or bonus.

Does AzurSlot Casino require KYC for crypto players?

Yes. Paying in crypto does not exempt anyone from checks. Before the first withdrawal, expect to send photo ID, a utility bill, a selfie holding your ID, a copy of the card used and a bank screenshot showing your IBAN. Approval takes around two days once the set is complete, so uploading it early saves time later.

Which cryptocurrencies can I deposit at AzurSlot?

Thirteen options: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, XRP, Tron, Cardano, Solana, Toncoin and Binance Pay. Neither deposits nor withdrawals carry casino fees. Cards cannot receive payouts, so anyone who deposits by Visa or Mastercard needs a crypto, e-wallet or bank route for withdrawals.

Does AzurSlot have a mobile app and live casino?

There is no app to download; the browser site is built for phones, with bottom navigation and a mobile cashier. The live casino offers 250–400+ tables from Playtech Live, ICONIC21, Platipus and Winfinity. Fans of Evolution or Pragmatic Play Live game shows may not find them here, and live play does not help with bonus wagering.

Are AzurSlot’s VIP rewards worth chasing?

Each of the five levels brings free spins on promotion, and the upper levels add birthday offers, cashback and a personal manager. Together with the daily Bonus Map, bonus shop and slot tournaments, that gives regular slot players a steady flow of small rewards. Chasing levels means extra stakes, so the programme works best as a by-product of normal play.

A vast casino lobby meets a narrow cash-out window

AzurSlot is a well-stocked newcomer held back by its withdrawal rules. More than 18,000 games, 13 crypto options, fee-free payments and terms without unfair clauses make it a credible choice for players who value range. The €500 daily cap, the weekend pause, 45x wagering and a document-heavy first withdrawal keep it at 6.2/10.

For a crypto player whose wins rarely exceed €500, the cap barely bites and the 13-coin cashier is the main attraction. A player expecting four-figure wins should plan for payouts spread over a week, verify the account before the first deposit and skip the welcome bonus unless five days of 45x play is realistic.
